Which ones are the best/most accurate for WDW AND Universal(or which one for each if different)?

WDW & Universal Orlando both have their own official apps that report wait times.

Not sure with Universal for WDW I use MDE and WDW wait times. Any app that is not Disney and Universal rely on guests posting the wait times. So they are not always accurate.

NOt sure about Universal, but Lines from Touring Plans is excelelnt.

It shows both the official Disney feed (which is generally overstated by Disney) and the actual expected wait times. Very accurate and useful.
