Wait time and online payments

I'm trying to pay our final payment for our trip and have waited for 30+ minutes 3 separate times on the phone before giving up. I finally decided to just pay online and it says that my Disney Visa won't go through. It's a brand new card just for this trip. I got it just to get the points.

I'm ready to pull my hair out. Any one else have trouble getting a payment to process online?

Is there a better number to get through that I'll actually get a CM through?

I was having issues with making a payment today even though i knew i had the money. i used a different card and it took it

I finally gave up and paid on the phone with the automated system. Same card, wouldn't go through online but did over the phone. Must have been the system. No issues with funds or anything with the card and I wanted the points. I really wanted to make sure I wouldn't get a discount before paying but gave up. The waits are just too long right now!
