Wait listing VWL

Ok I called today to switch from our home resort of SSR to VWL, 2 bedroom Nov 25 - Dec 2. Everything is full. Except they have the 25 and 26 available. What do you think the chances are that it will come through? Or am I just wishing on a shooting star. I also tried for the BWV and they were full too. How come when I want the 1 bedrooms, they are all full and when I go for a 2 bedrooms they are all full. I must have bad luck at this!!! LOL So what do you think my chances are?!!!

It isn't bad luck, you've picked a great time to go to WDW, and the VWL is very very popular between Thanksgiving and Christmas. For some of us, it's the very time that we bought VWL, to stay then, and we made the ressies 11 months out. (You're not competing against me, we're at BWV this year!)

If you really want to be at VWL, I would take the 2 nights, and waitlist for the rest. If you don't want to move more than the once, waitlist for the other days as a whole stay, although, probably your best chance is a day at a time.

For what it's worth, the 2bdrms did not book up until last week at VWL. VWL is my home and I booked a 2bdrm for my co-worker from the 26th - 2nd last week. MS said availability was limited and I guess they were right.

If my co-worker decides to cancel, I will let you know.

Thanks for the positive feedback!!! I'll keep wishing and sprinkle my phone with pixie dust everyday in hopes that it will change!!!! At least we will be there, and that's all that matters right now!!!!
