Wait list question.

We booked BWV using some borrowed points (just over half). At 7 months out we put a waitlist request in for BCV. If the waitlist comes through will that count as a new reservation or the same reservation? I ask because of the borrowed points. I don't want our reservation cancelled.

Basically should I just cancel the waitlist?

I just talked to member services about a similar situation and was told that if you borrowed the points prior to the rule change (April 24) you would be OK, no problem with the amount of borrowed points. Just make sure you have the option on the waitlist to cancel out the existing reservation if it comes through.

yeah the only way for me to get the waitlist would be for it to take over my current ressie.
