Wait list for AKV??

We are planning on going to Disney Oct 17 -22. What are the chances that if we go on the wait list for a 2 bedroom at AKV Kidani Village that it would come through?????? Does anyone have experience with this?

It is hard to say. Many have reported getting their wait list granted and that has included seemingly tough to get rooms during tough to get times. I am envious because every time I have waitlisted (tried five times in the past) for something I have never gotten it and that includes twice just trying to add one night to a trip.

I was able to book a 2 bedroom dedicated savannah view at Kidani for next month at 6 months out without waitlisting. I have only tried to waitlist 2 times. The first waitlist never came thru (around Thanksgiving), and my second waitlist came thru yesterday at only a week. The waitlist that was filled was for May 30th and 31st in a BWV studio - I thought that waitlist had zero chance of being filled on such short notice in a popular resort on Memorial Day weekend.

I have been on the waitlist for those exact dates for a couple of weeks. I am still hopeful they will come thru but I have an alternate reservation at OKW if they don't. This is a non park trip for us so I am really hoping AKL comes thru.
