Wait list Came Through at Aulani!!!

When we made our Aulani reservation in July (for November) we wanted a standard view 1br for 5 nights, but it wasn't available. To make the most of our availble points we took an island view 1 br for 4 nights and a studio for 1 night and wait listed for the 5 nights in the 1 br standard view. I found out today that we got it!!

Only 37 days to go before we are in paradise!!

We just got back from 5 nights in a 1 bdrm standard view at Aulani. We had the highest floor available to book for the category (7th floor) and while we could see the top of the conference center from the room, our view was mostly an island view as well as a view of the courtyard and water features next to the conference center. Not bad and a great way to conserve points. I will try to post pics later as I have not seen many standard view villa pics.

Pics would be great! The way I look at it, a view is nice but not too important. I plan to spend way more time outside enjoying the resort than looking at it from my window!!

Hi! I posted some pics on a separate thread. Hope this gives you a better idea of the view. I would ask for a 7th floor room as you are high enough to see above the conference center roof and that building might be more of an obstruction on the lower floors.
