Wait list and Magic Bands

Our Magic Bands had already been customized before our wait list came through and today I noticed the band details disappeared. The colors we choose and personalizations were no longer there. Is this normal? Magic Band info has to be re done if guests switch resorts?

We have PAP's and those were still stored correctly after the wait list change.

MagicBand orders are tied to a resort confirmation number and the actual resort. If either change, the order would be deleted and a new one created based on the new information.

You PAPs are linked to your MDE profile and are unaffected by the MagicBand order(s).
