Wagons at the Parks

My sister had asked about bringing a wagon for her 2 year old ds. I told her we always took/rented a stoller, so I had noticed. Has anyone seen people pulling their children in a wagon at the parks or has anyone brought one instead of a stroller and how did it work out? Thanks.
