Hazelnut Chicken
Chicken Breast Halves (as many as there are people to feed)
Hazelnuts (1/4 cup per person)
Salt and Pepper
1. Ground Hazelnuts in food processor until finely chopped (DO NOT GROUND FOR A LONG TIME OR YOU"LL GET HAZELNUT PASTE!)
2. Season hazelnuts and put in a plate
3. Butterfly chicken breast halves and with the back of a knife pound on them a little.
4. Put chicken in hazelnuts and cover on both sides.
5. Grill or fry with a little oil.
I also like adding a little freshly chopped parsley or thyme to the hazelnuts.
