Hi......
wadda you think....5 adults...ages 18,18,21,42,41....
spending 4 days in WDW and 4 days in the Wonder.....planning
to take $3000.00 for meals/snacks/and a spa treatment
for us on the ship........think it will be enough?

I think you have plenty.
Since food is covered while on the Wonder, you only have to pay for food/snacks for 4 days.
Never been to the spa, so don't know the pricing.

On our most recent trip in November, for 3 adults and 1 child (8), we averaged $17/person/day for all our food and snacks. And, of course, on the ship your food is covered (except beverages). I can't possibly imagine how you could spend anywhere close to $3000 in 4 days on land. Our whole 8 day trip didn't cost that much.

Unless you plan three full service sit down meals per day, that should be plenty. We always allot about $100 per day per person spending money and have always been within budget with plenty left over for DTD stores.
