Can I still join? The post says the Challenge ended in June. Are there any guys on this board?
I've been lurking (well I posted once, maybe twice) and found some good inspiration (TIGH, Snackystacky amaze me!)
So far I've lost 49.5 lbs since 1/6/03. I have 3.5 to go to get to my wedding weight and 8.5 to get to my "stretch goal".
Then like TigH I want to add muscle and decrease my bodyfat percentage.
I'm following my own amalgamation of WW (before all that point cointing!), the Zone, and South Beach. I work out twice a day (can't wait to post on the daily "Who worked out yesterday" threads!) I eat every 3 hours or so and drink more than a gallon of water a day (and not much else!)
My wife has lost 51 lbs but is not doing exactly what I do. She counts calories and works out to aerobic tapes (remember Richard Simmons - ugh, annoying but effective for her!
