I'm happy to say they still make the Wilderness salad to order (with love, I was told by the CM!).

I wondered about that because the Beachclub Marketplace doesn't. Whew!

Bobbi...I can verify. We saw that salad option when we ate at Roaring Fork last week. I ended up with the made to order sandwich but the make to order salads were still available then.

No idea why Marketplace stopped offering them. As long as they are preparing food to order (sandwiches), it doesn't seem to make sense to limit what those CM's could be making.

- Made with apple vinaigrette, lettuce, diced grilled chicken, diced Granny Smith apples, candied walnuts, Tillamook cheddar cheese, homemade croutons, and fresh ground pepper. - $7.99

I think the price is $8.99.

The house made chips are delicious! I'm guessing they're the same as the ones they have as snacks at the CL Lounge at AK. I consider them a real find!

That's awesome news about the chips...we've been thinking about trying the Concierge Level again at AKL....just for the chips! (We prefer KV over JH, so having to give up a stay at KV was difficult for us...especially when we just wanted the potato chips!).

Looks like a trip to Roaring Fork will be made on our next stay! (Feb, 2012)
