Just wanted to update, Passed ROFR on May 24th! Waiting now for estoppels I guess it maybe a week or 2 and the closing docs after that.

Great deal. My wife and I are looking for small contracts and VWL is a place we were thinking about too! Although we have never seen it or stayed there.

We've been to the Grand Californian in DL and hear the feel was similar.
