A few questions about VWL.....
Is room service available in the Villas? Will the bell-staff help after a trip to the grocery store? Is there an iron/ironing board in the room? How late does the store in the lobby stay open?

Is room service available in the Villas?

Yes, there is a full room service menu available from 7am-11pm .

Will the bell-staff help after a trip to the grocery store?

Yes, they will, VWL even has a refrigerator available if you need cold items stored. You just need to separate them from the items that don't need to be refrigerated. They'll also help you carry the things to you room, of course a tip is customary.

Is there an iron/ironing board in the room?

Yes, it's located in either the master bedroom closet or the main closet.

How late does the store in the lobby stay open?

11:00pm
