Since existing owners have a deeded interest at The Villas at Wilderness Lodge, what happens since Disney has changed the name to Bolder Ridge? Do we need to file a new deed?
If I recall correctly the deeds refer to your ownership of an interest in the named resort which is identified as a leasehold condominium under Declarations already filed. In that case, all that is likely required is for DVD to amend the declarations with a name change
Old Key West was renamed, but I don't think they had to change anything. It keeps the original name, legally, and has a different "doing business as" name.
