Hidden Springs Pool at Disney's Wilderness Lodge will be closed for enhancements from October 26, 2015 through 2017. Some pathways and other areas will also be closed for refurbishment, beginning in early October 2015. Silver Creek Springs Pool will remain open for your enjoyment during this refurbishment period.

Yes, a major update is happening at Wilderness Lodge.

ummmm - I think that's the timeline for the entire project . HSP COULD be down for the entire period.... on the other hand, I haven't got a detailed construction timeline in hand. Perhaps you do?

The OP is just quoting the warning on the DVC booking page of the website-or does say the pool will be closed all that time-obviously that seems a little crazy but that's what it says
