VWL expansion ???

VWL expansion ???
With the old water park being demolished (see threads on the camping board) there has been lots of speculation that FW will be expanded into that area.
I was just thinking that with the profitability of DVC sales, if the ground will hold it (a 4 or 5 story steel frame building does not need a lot in the way of pilings) why they would not put another VWL building or 2 on that spot. It would be especially nice if they had a good lake view. It would also make DVC/camping grand gatherings much more practical. Since the more units you have typically the less the annual dues are it might help there also.

I doubt if it would be a VWL expansion, it's about a mile from the WL restaurants, pool, etc. You'd have to take the boat to WL, or FW internal buses to the front of FW, to get to a bus stop.

We like the small cozy feel of the VWL just as it is now. I'm not sure adding on would lower any maintenance fees, but it would sure make it more crowded!
