VWL Dedicated 2 BR units - corner units vs. regular units

We have a dedicated 2 BR reserved for September. I noticed a post referencing a corner unit near the atrium. I looked up a room chart and this would be rooms numbered 2528,3528,4528 and 2519, 3519, 4519.

These rooms have a little different shape on the layout and just wondering are these rooms better and if so in what way??? Just wondering if it would be worth trying to request one of these? Are the bathrooms, bedrooms the same? Living room, etc? Is there enough of a difference to bother with requesting one? We do want to be near the elevator with 2 small children.

Anyone ever stayed in these? I think they are just off the atrium and close to the elevator and one set faces the pool and one appears to face the bus stop.

We've stayed in one of those 2BR rooms you mention. The configuration is significantly different from the other 2BR's in that the kitchen is a very small walk thru galley with the washer/dryer in a closet in the kitchen area. The living room is huge compared to the other 2BR layouts.

However there is only one small balcony, and it's off the living room. Most 2BR's have a balcony entrance off the master BR as well, and all three if a lock-off.

Personally I don't think the layout is a big enough deal to request it specifically. I'd go with "near the elevators" as there are several villas that would meet that request, improving your odds considerably.
