VWL & BCV Studio Room Request?

We are taking our 2nd DVC vacation and we are splitting between VWL and BCV.

Any suggestions on what location/area on property we should request for each resort? We are staying in a studio.

I understand that it is just a "request" but nothing ventured, nothing gained?

At VWL, you want to request a studio with a balcony. There is one without a balcony. And no dumpster view. Most of the rooms have a woods view. A few have a view of the pool or the lake through the trees.

At BCV, you can request pool view, high/low floor.

May I ask what area of the villas was this studio without a balcony? We've stayed there about a dozen times and had no clue they had a room without a balcony.

I was excited to have a studio overlooking the pool area on our last visit in June but the trees were so full of leaves that we couldn't see the pool from our studio which was right above Sturdy Branches (the gym).

4533 is the VWL studio, a lockoff, without a balcony. Hopefully, it's more used as part of a 2 bedroom, but people have gotten it as a studio.
