VWL and Online Check-in?

We will be at VWL in Jan and I was wondering what the room request options are with online check-in and if they would be more likely to be honored that time of year.

We don't normally do room requests, but I would like to get a lake view room, upper floor, if possible.

Are my chances better with or without checking in online?

You should put in your requests through MS as there is no option to add them during online check in.

I don't think on-line check in affects the ability to get room requests. More likely to affect your success will be the day of the week you check in, how close to fully booked the resort is, and the time of day you check in.

Your request is fairly general and hopefully they will be able to accommodate you.

As Sandisw indicated, you have to call MS for the requests. There is no capability on-line of making them.

You do know that you really can't see the lake through the trees. Maybe some blue but not a clear view.

Thanks, but I was really interested in catching the merest glimpse of Bay Lake.
