eeyore - I am still sticking by your quote...."nothing tastes as good as thin feels"....it has become my motto, I have written it on almost all of my WW tracker pages! :) It helps to read it often.

This weekend was crazy....DH had his softball tournment - we all went and I did really well (eating wise). The girls were awesome....especially considering how hot and drawn out the whole day was. We left here at 7am and got home around 7pm...no time for Disney....we were all too tired to even go over there for dinner! I had to work today and I was outside all day! So I hope I sweated off a few pounds...I sure drank water like crazy. Stayed within my points all weekend. That's one thing I am proud of!

I don't know if I mentioned it but we are putting in a pool...we signed the contract last week, unfortunately for us - it is the rainy season...so maybe October when it is complete...I am so looking forward to jumping in!! Days like today would be so refreshing if I could go for a dip. But the pool gives me a bigger incentive to get skinny!! :)
 
Well, I made it through last night...I bought a 24 pack of bottled water on Friday and it is gone! I think DD had one and I know DH didn't have any as he drank Gatorade all weekend. SO I think I got most of my water in and being in the heat I know I needed it!


Monday - always seem to be yucky! I am about to have a mini bagel and light cream cheese...for 3 points. I brought my lunch today as well as light string cheese, celery and cucumbers and SF pudding. I read the thread about eating every three hours and I am going to try and munch on things every three hours. Shouldn't be hard as I am always thinking about food.

Well better fill my water jug and eat that bagel!

Sounds like you have your Monday morning going well!!!

Eating about every hours is something that I do and at first I thought, wow I am eating all the time. Even my DH made comments about it. I was not eating big things, just a small handful of something healthy.....Now I can't go with out eating every three hours. I have only been doing this for about a month, but wow!!!! It really works!!!

Whew....I made it through another night. Tuesday and Thursday nights are always hard for me as DH has ball games and I am home alone with the girls and always want to snack!

I am drinking my water this morning and have lots of work to do to keep me busy!! I will post more later tonight and try my best to visit journals!!

I just found my new best friend........Fudgesicle...no sugar added popsicles are 1 point a piece! How did I never know about this? I am in heaven!

No they aren't too chocolately as I can't handle too much chocolate...I could never finish a candy bar as it is too much for me. But I LOVE those darn fudgsicles!! I was ready to take back my skinny cow's and trade them in!! :lol:
Last night I did well - except for feeling awful! I felt like a truck had run me over. My bones ached and I was having a hard time staying awake...I couldn't even relate it to anything. I feel better today but am worried. I started on the "patch" birth control (well this is my second month) and I am getting some headaches...now this could be from the patch or else soda withdrawls? I am not sure. I guess I shouldn't have done everything at once.
I feel huge today - bloated and fat. Tomorrow is my weigh in. I don't really want to go but I committed myself to going. I just wish I felt a little better. :(
So far today - water only, I think I may have popcorn for breakfast....not too many choices in my office other than the 100 cal snacks or popcorn or hit the vending machine!

Well 10pm and I am not the slightest bit hungry so I am pretty much through with today. My weigh in is tomorrow and I am dreading it. I feel so heavy for some reason. I am trying to think thin and light but it just isn't working. :(
I feel better today but if I didn't know better I would think I was pregnant. I mean I get home and I am doing everything in my power to keep my head up and eyes open. I am about to hit the bed right now.Sluggish....I am fine all day but once 4-5pm hits...wow look out I could fall over at any point.

Well - the girls went to bed great again. So I am pretty pleased with our routine. The pool is still waiting for permitting...and we have a new garage door coming in 3 weeks. We are also putting up a block wall around the pool so we had someone come out for the estimate and it came in lower than we thought! Means, more for my kitchen!! Which I can't seem to find anyone to do!!
 
Well, I made it through last night!! I was up early this morning to call Disney Dining and I got CRT for 10/27...so I have a breakfast, lunch, PSB and 1900 PF booked for October!! We haven't done the lunch so that should be exciting! princess: Can't get enough of those girls!!


I am going to weigh in here in a little bit. Pretty worried actually. I have done great - no cheating nothing - but I feel "heavy" I don't know...maybe this "patch" just isn't working well with my body. That is pretty much the only thing I can contribute it to?? :confused:

This weekend should be fun - I hope to get a meal plan for the week together and start with this evening for the week. John, (DH) cut up tons of Plumeria (frangipani) trees as they are in line with the pool so one of our friends is stopping by tonight to pick some up. Besides orchids - those are one of my favorites and I hate to get rid of them. We are keeping most and believe me - our yard is not hurting for them....we have tons! Tomorrow I made an appointment to get the girls pictures done...well - really Haley's - should I count this as 5 months or 6 months? the 10th is her "month"..probably 6 months...I have one of those "month" frames....for the first year. She is doing so awesome and is such a joy - they both are. Honestly, I don't know what we did before we had them. :flower1: DH can't wait until we can start playing games like Monopoly and such...I said he looks great in all the Pretty Pretty Princess jewelery!

So today I plan on not eating till after weigh in and then a small something...a salad for lunch and then I will come up with a fabulous meal for dinner. There are a couple of great scallop recipes on WW that I would like to try. SO - WISH me luck - hope to see any amount of a loss...or even stay the same - will be disappointed if not!:sad2:

:jumping1: Talk about a huge shock...I could have strangled the "weigh in" lady....I am standing on the scale and she is chatting to her co worker...I am dying to have her write down or tell me my weight as I couldn't strain myself around to see the scale...so finally she writes it down and I was down 2.2!!!!! :scared1: I almost fell over!! She said oh you look suprised I said I am - I feel very heavy and bloated so this is a great way to start my weekend! I am so excited!! :thewave:

Now - I am going to menu plan from tonight 'til next Friday and hope to do some light meals! and save $$!!

So...I guess I have been to "shy" to post - but what the heck...

7lbs lost in two weeks! My lifetime weight is 135, which I have to get back to to be free again and my personal weight goal is 125. So 24.2 to go to get back to my LT! I am happy to be under 160 even if it isn't by a full pound!

So can I change my clippie to the 5 pounder one? Do I need to ask someone- the WISH masters or anything? I'll just do it and if it's not right someone reprimand me!
