I received my sweaters yesterday, but no scarf. The packing slip lists the scarf but it's not in the package. I called today and they said it was while supplies lasted and they have no more. I explained that not all colors where available when I ordered, but the one I picked was in my shopping bag and printed on the packing slip. Pretty much they said too bad, so sad, nothing we can do.

Now I know it was just a scarf, a free one at that, but this really irks me.

It would irk me to if they didn't send the scar the UPS guy just left and my black scarf was in there.

Got my stuff yesterday. The sweaters fit great (for once with VS clothing for me). The scarf is wonderful! Super soft and cuddly- although I probably should have gotten black and not ivory. It will probably shed all over my black wool coat. Oh well. I'm not complaining - it was free!
