Hello everyone!
I am new to offsite vacation rentals and I was wondering how I could sort the VRBO website by community. I know I have seen it organized this way at some point, but I can't seem to find it again!
Also, if anyone knows what is considered in the different "seasons" it would be much appreciated. Is this per individual, or is there a general rule for all?
Thanks in advance,
~Abby

Hi,
Just follow the links from the VRBO main page - Florida, then Central/Disney and it should give you a list of the areas in Central Florida. For example if you then go into Kissimmee from there it will give you the list of the different communities.

The different seasons are just detailed per individual but generally you will have Holiday Season for Easter & Christmas/New Year, High season will be the summer months, and then a mid and low for the other times in the year. It will vary from home to home.

Thanks for the quick reply! Turns out the trick is to look at Kissimmee area vs. Orlando or Lake Buena Vista. Thanks again

We just booked with VRBO for July 29th -Aug 6th..We are staying at the blue heron beach resort
