VR planning session

Hi All - We will be going to WDW for our Planning Session Feb 16-21st. We have always celebrated the anniversary of our first date which was on
Feb 17th so I would like to arrange a special dinner through the Grand Floridian Private Dining. Does anyone know how to do this? Do you simply call wdw-dine? Or the concierge at the GF?
