Do you think the better plan would be to pay for individual lightning lane for TRON the day after Thanksgiving? I'm sure the crowds will be very large. TIA

Another thing to consider. The VQ holds a place in a virtual line, when you arrive your wait usually 30-60 mins. It could be longer or shorter depending on when people called join the queue. For example during fireworks line will be short but after the rush will swell the line.

For ILL we tend to walk on or wait less than 15 mins for those rides. So it’s a time saver if that matters to you. We have done Tron and GOTG many times this year. We love the ILL, we tolerate the VQ because it’s free.

We often do both and book the ILL after we think the VQ will be (can’t always tell) because waiting in VQ line can be annoying AFTER you had just breezed through lol.

As a point of reference, we did ILL for Tron on Sunday and heard the people next to us who were in the VQ line as we neared boarding say they'd been waiting for 90 minutes....we waited about 10. It was worth the money for us.

On busy days it is quite common for LL guests to wait 90+ minutes, especially as their VQ number gets higher.

In Aug our first VQ assigned was 90 and we were called at 4:45pm. We waited almost 90 mins to ride after joining the line.

The following day we were group 6 and our wait was almost non-existant.
