For those of you who have done the vow renewal, do you know if Flounder's reservations are included in the concierge service you get with the renewal package?

Thanks!
Melody

I was doing the math on your counter. Are you on the 10-14-06 7 night? We are as well, celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. We also were considering the vow renewal, but haven't really looked into it yet. What do you know??

We are celebrating our anniversary on the cruise too. Ours will be 7 years. We are doing the 4 day. It would be so cool to do a vow renewal. My DH told me once that we should marry again one day so I can wear the wedding dress that I always wanted (I wore my cousins wedding dress). I am thinking it's rather costly to do the renewal though? Anyone know about the add on price?

Yes, we are on the 10/14/06 7-night cruise. You schedule/add on the vow renewal up to one year in advance and the average cost is about $1200 additional (I think depending on how many people attend). It includes many things such as the ceremony, Palo reservations, wedding cake, flowers, pictures, concierge service, just to name a few. We found information from www.disneyweddings.com and also by calling the number listed on the website. I believe they only allow 2 vow renewals per cruise, but I'm not sure if that differs per the length of cruise or not.

We're really looking forward to this as many family and friends have expressed interest in joining us.

I hope this information helps! :sunny:

CRSNDSNY thank you for the reply. I have sent my TA an email asking her about it but I doubt I can afford it. Just still want to check it out. I still have a few weeks before my trip is a year away.

CRSNDSNY... thanks for the info! We also are getting a group together for the event - already have 8 staterooms booked!! Hope to add at least that many more. I will struggle as to whether what you get is worth $1200 - but sounds like we have a little while to think about it!

Don't know if you saw my other posts, but we were first in line on the Cat. 1 Walt Suite - and let it go by at $12,500 for 2 adults and 4 kids 8 and under! I knew it would be high, but I didn't think it would be that bad during such a low season.

Anyway, glad to meet someone who will be sailing with us!

You're all very welcome!

We are in connecting category 6 rooms, #s 6528 and 6530. The rest of our group is on the same deck very close to our rooms.
