Hi, Its been 5 long years since I last went to Universal and I'm so excited to be arriving on Monday!!! However last time I visited I had tickets in advance but this time I managed to be convinced by Thomas Cook to have vouchers. Now since reading about the long queues I'm really worried about finding the right place to change these vouchers into tickets even before we join the long queue for Hogwarts. Can anyone tell me where the Guest services is? Is it easy to find and is there anywhere else away from the crowds that I can change them? Thanks

There are several windows besides just the Guest Service windows that redeem vouchers. Just look for the signs that say "Vouchers".

Thanks thats really helpful I'm just getting a bit nervous before the big day! I'm glad to know that there are a few places to change my vouchers. Are these places as you walk towards IOA before the main queues begin?

Yes, it is before the IoA turnstiles. They are multiple buildings themed like huts that also sell tickets. Some of them also process vouchers. I'd look at the lines at Guest Services and the lines at the ticket/voucher windows and go to the shortest line. Guest service lines sometimes take a little longer because they deal with several types of guest issues besides just vouchers and tickets. Just look for the signs on the huts for ones that say Vouchers.

Thanks Its great to know what to look out for.Your answers have helped me alot 5 days to go and I'm on my way...yay!!!

If i booked my vacation and I it says that I need to pick up my tickets at the ticket kiosk does that mean that I have vouchers or does the kiosk print out actual tickets?

Great question! Thanks for asking it. We have vouchers as well. Will the guest services windows be open for those offsite guests arriving early (7am or so), that want to get in line for WWoHP?

Guest Services is open around 7 AM as long as there is early entry.

When I was there 2nd week of July I had vouchers as well. Stayed offsite at Disney but wanted to get in as early as possible to the "Offsite Potter line" so got to Universal a little before 7 AM. As others have said there are several ticket kiosks that exchange the vouchers for tickets, and they are clearly marked. Walked right up to one, handed over the voucher and IDs and had tickets in hand and in line at the gate by 7:05. Easy and painless.

Thanks for that I do feel much better now and I'm all packed and ready to go!
