Voucher Problems

Hi, everybody

I am new to here. I booked my Disney, Universal and Sea World tickets on line
from Travelocity.com last week.

After booking I did get confirmation and vourchers for these parks.
The problem is that there is a specific date shown on these vouchers. (They are the same date on very vouchers.) And under the Terms it mentions "these vouchers may not be redeemed outside of the date shown on the vouchers".

I got really confused because when I booked the tickets it didn't remind me the date was expiration date or what. So I phoned Travelocity. Everytime I phoned in they gave me different answer. But the worse thing is I won't be allowed to change the date.

Does that mean I have to go to all of these parks on the same day which listed on my vouchers? If that is the case, can I exchange voucher to ticket first and start using them on different day?

You may need to call the parks directly and ask them.

Actually I phoned Universal Studio twice, two different ladies gave me answers, one asked me to contact with travelocity, another said Universal allowed to use the voucher within 7 days past the date shown on the voucher.

But for Disney and Sea World I just could get through the line.
 
It sounds like you really need that little gnome dudes help. I'll bet he doesn't answer when you call either. Curse him!:mad:
