Wondering if anyone has ever redeemed their ticket voucher at Hollywood Studios?

If so, where was it in terms of the rope drop?

Or is there somewhere else I could redeem it prior to going? Just trying to save time at rope drop.

There are Guest Relations windows outside the gates of all of the parks.

The Guest Relations at DHS is shown below (at #9.)

2- There are two Guest Relations at DTD.
