I read on another post, that the Voices of Liberty sings Christmas songs for the holidays. We will be there Christmas to New Year, and I would love to see this, if it's a special holiday show. Anyone else seen this? I'm not doubting the person who originally posted this, I just can't remember where I read it. Are any of the other attractions, except for Country Bears, changed for the holidays? Thanks in advance for the info. :)

I LOVE the Voices of Liberty. During Christmas (Thanksgiving to New Year's Eve) they dress in their Victorian Christmas costumes and sing mainly holiday music. Then, in the evening they are the lead voices in the CP as mentioned above. Generally, the members who sing during the day sing in the earliest CP performance and subs or part-time members come in to do the later shows.

We've seen the CP twice, and are going to be seeing it with the dinner package on Christmas Eve. Is this the same thing, or is there a different show earlier in the day? Thanks again. :)

Voices of Liberty perform daily in the Rotunda at the American Pavilion - usually from around noon until 5 pm (Check your park guide) --- At Christmas, they have an almost completely different show - singing mostly Holiday music (just like the other posters said;) ) - It is not the same as the CP.....Definitely worth doing!!

Epcot Vybe (formerly American Vybe) another acappella group (more modern and jazzy than Voices - think "Steppin' out with my Baby", "lean On Me"...) also perform mostly Holiday music; As does Four for a Dollar (another acappella group ) who performs about 15-20" before the Beauty and The Beast show at MGM, and The Barbershop Quartet at MK also does Holiday music.

In addition, The hoop de doo review has a Holiday bent.

Don't forget about the Holiday Storytellers around world showcase too!!

I think the storytellers were our favorite thing we saw all year with our AP's. We've never really taken the time to watch much of the everyday performers in the parks. I guess this is the time to do it. :) The problem is, how do we see it all. I already promised DH that we would limit our WDW park time this trip. After 3 years of AP's, he's wanting to do some different things. I have 2 days planned in Epcot, but one of them is NYE. How will we see the storytellers, VOL, Vybe, and an already booked CP in one day? :hyper:

To get the most out of the live entertainment at Epcot, including VoL, Vybe and the storytellers, your best bet is to review the live entertainment showtime information on Steve Soares' website. This will give you a good idea of anticipated showtimes for your trip dates so you can aim to be in certain areas of the park in time for the live entertainment. Keep in mind that Epcot Vybe has a new stage in World Showcase Plaza between Mexico and Canada instead of America where they used to be.

Steve's website can be found at: WDW Live Entertainment

Yes, 4 / $ is the same as return to zero - they just perform under 4 /$ at WDW (But you can buy their Return to Zero CDs at the gift chop next to Beauty and the Beast).....
