vmk pass bites!!!!

Well I was disconnected again using the stupid vmk pass. I just don't understand it. I get the stupid vmk pass and sit in line, I do not go out into the kingdom I just sit in line. Everytime there is an extremely slow moving room I get disconnected for non movement. I was 45 in line today and boom I am disconnected.
I just wrote vmk and told them what I thought of the stupid vmk pass thing. If I stay in line and it is an extremely slow moving room I get disconnected for non movement. and if I actually use the pass and go out into the kingdom so I don't have to stare at the wait in line screen I crash.
So any way that is my two cents worth. Vmk pass bites!!!

I just got dc with 9 people left in front of me I was just sitting on the map page, not moving at all bc I was so scared I would dc *cries*

I think he means not using it and just sitting there in the waiting screen. I also think it's stupid that you can crash for being afk in the waiting screen. This has happened to me.

I think we should not be dc for being afk in line. Plus I know what you mean I wait in a line with 408 People in Front of me and I dc when I am the 6th person. Whenever I use vmk I go to a room I call Not in any room so no one messages me and I go on other websites while I occasionally check my vmk screen and move MizzFazhion around. I eventually just quit and I never go in any Host rooms because of it.

Well Mal, I learned from the beginning of vmk pass that if I wanted to actually get into a host room I could not go about my business because I crashed everytime. So then I started just getting in line for host rooms and leaving it on the in line screen not getting the vmk pass, but when there are slow moving rooms like the pin trading and the yard sales then I get disconnected for non movement. You cant move if you are on the queque page. So I don't understand what gives. For me the vmk pass in its entirety just bites!!!!

well at least I am not the only one this happens to. so my choices for slow rooms are queque line (disconnect) or vmk pass (crash) great choices!!! I think hosts need to do something to stop having such extremely slow host rooms!!!

But if you crash while in the line screen, why does VMK Pass bite? I usually do what MizzFazhion does. Instead of modifying the VMK Pass, they really need to edit code so it you won't crash while in the line screen.

They meant that you can't see the pass when you play games. That makes it more likely that you'll miss your chance to enter the room. Though if you play a game and you're really far back in the line it's not a problem.
OP, so sorry that you're having problems with the lines for the host games. I wish I could help you with a solution.

I wish you could too HallGirl, but I don't mind not being able to use the pass and just sitting in line, but I do hate it when the slow host rooms are up and I get disconnected. Maybe vmk will actually answer my email appropriately, lol but I won't hold my breath.

Getting dc'd could have something to do with the fact that this is a Flash based game and not one that is downloaded to your computer. There will always be some stability issues, however it has gotten better since I first joined. I've never dc'd with the fast pass though, it usually happens when I am in the middle of a game and just about to finish. Now that is frustrating, especially during a quest!

Seriously it's not vmk pass fault rather it's the dc monster and crash monster yavn needs to get rid of them both many people have quit because of it.
