Ok here is the email. I got it mixed up. They said it was possible. Wasn't sure for specific games.
1. Will Nintendo use a censor to block out inappropiate stuff? Will most web pages be unavailable because of this?
-Opera will browse the full Internet, only censored by the user.
2. Will there be a pop-up stopper?
-Yes, you will have the same basic functionality as Opera for Desktop.
3. Will the service have a fee for using it?
-There are Wi-Fi hotspots that can be used in accessing the Internet. Fees differ among these hotspots.
4. What about sites that use Flash8 and stuff? Will they be unaccessable, or will the cart comes with the neccerserry stuff anyway?
-There would need to exist a flash plug-in in the DS. This is not available today, to my knowledge, but that is a question for Nintendo.
5. Will all web pages on the computer's net be available on the DS version? Or will there have to be DS-only ones?
-All.
6. Will it be brought over to the U.S one day? If so, when abouts do you think?
-Nintendo is now planning its launch in Japan this June, they are still deciding on global launch plans. Stay tuned!
7. You say EVERY webpage available on this 'net will be available on the DS' net yes? Yes. Anyway, you sure for 100%? And if so, will it include chat rooms, and Forums? Will PM systems still work? E-mail accounts? Will everything work as it would on this 'net?
-You should be able to browse all Web pages, including blog sites, forums, everything. Note: it's important these sites test their pages in Opera for Desktop. There they can view what their page will look like on mobile devices, including the DS. Using Opera, select Shift+F11 and you'll thereby activate Small-Screen Rendering.
8. Viruses. What will viruses do? Will there be any? If so, what do you think it might do to my DS? We'll need virus protecters right? This is making me really, really nervous.
-Don't be nervous. Opera is the safest browser on the market. As for protecting your DS, those details will be issued at the time of launch. Very good question.
9. How are you gonna put websites onto the small screen? Will they be dumbed down versions, or almost identical?
-Again, Opera uses Small-Screen Rendering technology, the same it uses for browsing on mobile phones. You can read through our Web site to find out more:
www.opera.com
10. Is Opera fast? I mean will it run broadband speed?
-Opera is the "fastest browser on earth."

Yes, very fast.
11. Downloading stuff. Will there be any way to download stuff like files, music, and all that?
-I don't know right now. I personally don't know enough of what's built in with the DS. Will have to find out on that one.
12 Will you be able to have multiple windows with different webpages, open at any time? And will you be able to add websites to a favourites list?
-You will have a favorites list, Bookmarks. Tabbed browsing is not available in SSR (Small-Screen Rendering).
13. Will Online-playable games be available for use in this Browser? You know, Runescape, World Of Warcraft, games like that.
-I would assume so, but can't comment on specific games. Will have to check.
14. Will there be a minimize option? To minimize the window you have open I mean. If you did, would a desktop or something appear?
-It won't function exactly the same as your desktop. But yes, you can minimize and return to your session.
15. All in all, will the DS Browser function as good, and look almost identical to the normal 'net?
-Again, it won't be identical, but you'll have full content. Opera reformats or modifies Web pages to suit the small screen. Web browsing is our bread and butter, so we've become quite good at it. ;-) You'll see."
