Vmk Down!?!?!

ok well i was signed in and had to make cookies for a bake sale and it was not fun at all and when i came back i tried to enter a friends room since i was still logged into vmk so it would not load room so i closed out of vmk and the homepage took 2 or more minutes just to load which is odd since i am on a fast connection. so i try to log into vmk and that came up slow as well and now i am logging in and it has been 5 minutes and still is not half way loaded!?!?! i am on a fast connection and vmk is slow!!! this is my call for help is anybody else having these same problems???

i have had that happen to me a million times b4. the way i solve it is to just exit out of everything. as in, leave the internet and go back in again. i guess it has something to do with your computer is so fast, it needs some time to catch up to itself sometimes. weird, i know, but true.
