man I hate this stupid game!

thats why I will be there right at 10:00am tomorrow morning hoping I can wait in line behind 570+ people only to disconnect after an hour of waiting LOL

Here's my plan take over this so called ' maze event ' and then... get VMK_ staff fired for only picked some people to be cls and for the maze event it isn't fair I say bring 'em to court! I got in and the minute I did, I got booted from VMK why don't they boot all the people not from dis and make them leave us alone!! Still really it isn't fair to think I missed a full day of shopping for this?? And now VMK just just close its ugly face forever if it isn't gonna be fair to EVERYONE. Oh wait got a plan Might be a few years but off to saving my money for the lame trip to WDW for the lame quest stuff well WDW isn't lame but quests are!! so much for my bike, game boys, psp, and other stuff might as well sell my stuff to save enough for WDW .Oh wait!! I'll sell my sisters CD player!! (But you didn't hear it from me!) I didn't do anything just looking guilty!! Or maybe I'll say the dog ran it over and I threw it away aw:.I think I see her face now!!

i just wanted to do the maze! prizes are cool but i don't have many rare things any way so it really isn't important to me. it really is a shame that they didn't come ask those of us who run high volume mazes how we handle the traffic.

if yavn or anyone ever asked i could have told them that they needed to staff every room. the first room should have gates with a steady but slow stream of ppl allowed to enter the maze. a rule about clearing the teleporter so others can enter should be mandatory. for this high of a volume, each room should be staffed. multiple entrances(and i don't mean a few) should have led to multiple rooms. the room limit allows just a little too many ppl to enter my five maze rooms for comfortable play. i could go on and on.

oh, wait, i already did that!

anyway, i have been consistantly dissappointed in the "events" that staff has provided. i don't think these game designers Know how to host an event.

i still love VMK on a regular basis though. will someone plz remind me the next time they say they are going to have an event not to get so excited?

I tried a few times this afternoon to get into VMK. Once I finally got into the game, it took forvever to go from room to room. Finally I decided to give up. I am trying again tonight just for ha ha's and I am waiting in a line of 595 to get into the maze. I am not going to poarticipate in the maze because I doubt that it is going to be worth it, from what I have been hearing from everyone. I will play the fireworks game and earn credits so I will be able to purchase a lot of itmes once they go on sale.

After an hour wait, I made it to the difficult maze.

Three rooms in, at CL_Nedakh's room, I crashed.

That's me, towards the bottom right, with the blue mickey ears, about to enter a teleporter.

I crashed too. I was in the medium level maze. I don't know how far I was through it - I had played for about half an hour. I was having fun, though. I thought it was cool. C'est la vie!

Name me one VMK run EVENT that has gone smoothly...heck I am still waiting for my pin from my room never being judged! What a BIG waste of time that was!!!!


I gave up about 3 this afternoon went to the movies with DS and DH.


I really thinkVMK should give up on events and just do surprises like we had on Weds.

It was extremely frustrating to wait and wait only to lose connection, or get put at the front due to someone not moving from the teleporter, then trying to get back in only to see 533 in line ahead of you or having nothing happen at all.

I am happy for those who were able to complete the maze. However, I will find it very unfair for those of us who were never given the chance to even try. We will get nothing for it and we were unable to even earn credits from games most of the day.

The prizes are nothing special but it I feel it will still be sad if only a few will get these prizes and the rest get nothing due to lost connections. 100 credits for the easy maze, ok, I played jungle cruise and got that much in no time. A pin, well, I think I don't want it anyway. The Cauldron would be nice and with this fiasco, they should just put it on sale for a lot of credits, to give those an opportunity to have it who were unable to enter the maze. Just some thoughts.

I never even got a chance to try the maze. I spent hours trying to get in, only got in once, went through the Easy teleporter, appeared in the next room outside the "ropes" so I couldn't get to any more teleporters.

I'm with you on this one, Cape Girl! I got booted to the entrance where I saw you where I saw VMK_Red. I told her what had happened, and she said she was talking to someone about it. I thanked her, and waited a few minutes before losing my connection.

I know this is a free game and all, but it is extremely disappointing to wait about a half hour to get in the first room, another ten to get in the second room, and wind up locked out of the room.

I wish I had only waited half an hour. I've been trying for 11 hours. Most of the time I couldn't get on at all. Once I got in the Maze line behind 500 just to be kicked off, later I finally got in again after tag team logging in with my husband, and I actually got in the first room of the Maze just to be kicked off again.

I waited forever to get into the maze room, got in, entered the difficult maze, got confused and got booted for blocking something or other. The sad thing is, I wasn't blocking anyone/anything and was trying to ask for help. I believe I accidentally went backward in the maze but I don't know for certain. That's what I was trying to ask about.

I got back in line with 560+ other people but lost my connection when the line got to 402. I signed on again but couldn't even get into the queue for the maze. What a waste of time.

This isn't my first disappointing event. I tried to attend the very first event that took place on Main Street USA but for that one the rooms were full. I never got in but I gave the organizers the benefit of the doubt given the game was still in beta testing (I think).

I skipped the various contests. I figured it wasn't worth my time given my experience with the first event.

I did up a pin trading room after the last maze fiasco and it even was judged! Thanks to all of you DIS people who showed up and packed my room! You people were great and it made me feel good to have some friends help me! I didn't win but decided events could be fun.

This maze event was just plain awful. I don't care about the prizes, I just wanted to try the mazes to see if I could solve them. Instead I got to wait in long lines and then get booted. I could have coped with not being able to do the mazes if I could have played games instead. I'm glad the games finally started working. As for 100 credits for the easy maze - I won that many credits just by playing one round of Ned.

Well, I've had it for now. I'm earning another diver suit credit tonight. I don't know what I'll do tomorrow.

I will admit that i want to do the maze because I want a Master Gracey pin or a candy cauldron.
I was not going to waste my whole vmk day trying to get in a maze.I will try tomorrow.
