OMG! Thank you for the laugh! :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

The real life person (me) behind Q and the "I like green cake." gang has been very sick the past week or two. I've been feeling so miserable and this just made me laugh so hard!

Thank you again!

There is no limit on how long you can be on there. Unfortunately any time I have been there not all of the 5 computers were working. I have seen staff jump on them when it's slow in the booth.

No, but the awkwardness of standing and trying to use the mouse/trackball as well as people hovering tends to make you not stay too long.

I second this as well!! They really should make it so others cannot view your information so easily...

Also, the fact that you are Walt Disney World may play a factor into this. I don't know how long someone can stand in front of a computer screen when you are in the happiest place on Earth! lol. I think most people will want to make the most of WDW rather than be glued to a screen lol...that is just my opinion though lol. :goodvibes

However, Floridians may stay a bit longer on the computers as they are closer to the park whereas someone from say New England would rather enjoy WDW more considering the distance lol.

My guess is if people hogged the computers more often, CMs would have put a time limit on them...considering after a year there is still no time limit, things must work out well. ;)

I either do it at the end of the day after the park closes but the stores are still open or last time while we were waiting for Spectro. I got a spot on Main Street right in front of the theater and since you have to get your piece of the curb a hour before I got my spot, marked it with a towel and I had some time to go in.

If you have seen VMK central in Innovations at DL you would realize how shortchanged WDW is with VMK. DL has *rooms* of VMK computers -- saddle seat chairs, cactus seat chairs, a tomorrowland looking room. All very cool. They also have *real* laptops and desktops as well as normal keyboards. Not the remedial keyboard they have on the half-dozen *if they are all working* computers at WDW....

Am I bitter? Yeah, prolly :) DL's VMK area was *way* cool. The hosts there even play games with the players for various cards. It was fun the afternoon I spent there.

oh sure first DL peole get the Stitch hat, the animator desk, Gold doors and now you tell us they get an Awesome VMK place. I have heard about contests that they did for people in there.

The WDW people get 5 computers that don't all work at the same time. Hmmmm

Maybe it's because the DL people get two small parks, and the WDW people get four parks, two waterparks, and a few golf courses.
