there are several players in new orlean's square that are using really foul language. I reported them, and got a pop up saying that they will check them out but no staff has been in there yet. My question is can they read the history of that particular person's chat? It's really bad!

I think they can.. not completely sure about that though.

Yes, they can see back at least a few minutes in the room's logs. A staff member won't always turn up in person to deal with a problem. Sometimes the player will just get a warning message or be muted for a while so they can't speak. So just because nobody came to the room, it doesn't mean that the problem won't be dealt with.

You should try to be a bit quick though. Once you see something bad posted report because if it takes too long I don't think they can check the log.
