Third, VMK hasn't been doing something about taken for only one clear reason to me: Numbers. If VMK were to ban everyone who did taken at some point or another, the amount of players in VMK would decrease. This would show a sign of decline in popularity to the Disney company, and thus they will not continue to fund this branch of advertising (yes, VMK is advertising) and use the money to do something more effective. Sorry to say, but taken actually helps VMK maintain numbers. I'm not saying it's right, just saying that known fact.
Forth, if VMK Staff focused all of their time to the banning of taken, many of the great events (Host events, quests, best guest rooms) would have time taken away from this since VMK staff would only focus on taken.

Logistically, taken is a double-edged sword. Keep it, and you have people complaining about safety and grossness. Get rid of it, you lose numbers and possibly your entire game (which would cost staff their jobs). quote]

I think this is taking it a little far..JMO. I doubt it would make them lose their jobs by getting rid of those that do taken. I think if VMK was to just let anyone with it in their sigs know it isn't allowed and to change it or tell them as it is seen in rooms (public and non) that alot would change right there. Especially if they knew they would lose time in the game for it or be banned. I think warnings should be given though before just saying "hey your banned." That is unless they were warned before. My problem with the whole taken thing is how it ends up. Its not some innocent little thing. It just seems to get worse and worse from there with a lot of them. And if anything is going to end up destroying the game I think this could if it gets any more out of hand. JMO though. As for staff in the game, I doubt it would affect games if they were to take more time to look into things when needed. They could find a way to hire more I'm sure if it was needed. Anyway, at this rate though the game is not as safe as it used to be with how these kids are about things. They seem to willing to go from taken to adult topics and giving info out that they shouldn't. And you don't know who is on the other side of things. There is no way to know if its a kid or some wacked out adult. That is a big issue with taken IMO.
I do agree with those saying that doing an anti room or putting it in sigs is just asking for problems. Its not suppose to be in room titles and its not suppose to be in the sigs so unless you want to risk a ban I wouldn't do it. I think the best way to go about things if you must say somthing is just kindly remind them that it isn't what the game was for and move along or ignore it.

i don't think kids should do taken especially on VMK. first of all they don't really know who they are talking to (it could be some bad guy...) and secondly players feel that to be cool, they have to be taken even if that means being taken by someone they don't love.
Some kids are just so confused. they know that they want to be loved by someone new and they want to feel that they can turn to that person for comfort. the thing is though, that you don't know exactly who you are talking too and also that maybe your a little to young to know what love really is. having a boyfriend/girlfriend is not about finding someone fast and hoping it works out, it's about getting to know people and eventually finding someone. Yes, Love Does Take A While!
VMK players need to know this... they need to realize that even if they find someone on VMK, it doesn't mean that they found someone in real. how are you going to meet if you can't even tell where you are. This is VMK's point, you shouldn't do taken on VMK because it most likely will not last past the game... now i'm not saying that it never will, just that it is unlikely.
i feel that it's ok to have someone, but you shouldn't go in public to display your love for each other. What bugs me the most though is when people go to rooms and say that they are looking for someone so they are taken. that is wrong in so many ways! If you don't know what love and taken really is, you shouldn't do it.
*Keep this as a thought... taken is your own business only when you are alone together, but when you are in public and you show yourself off to be taken or you decide that any guy is good enough for you, then obviously you shouldn't be taken just yet. Don't rush love, it will come to you... <3
*if you do find that special person, then that's great and i wish you luck...

I have absolutely no comment but as I was talking to a newbie at Blue Bayou,
I saw this girl who came to this boy and asked if He was taken..I was pretty sad. I don't understand. Why does everybody violate the rules that has been there? So I reported her and this came out:

. She was saying thing's like:
"Hey Hat, Let's have fun in my room." I was like . I advised the newbie about taken, it's bad. Eventhough I complaint about VMK alot. I still love it. Don't we all?

my advice is to stay out of the problem areas around main street, music party, and drive in.
Try to ignore it, and there isn't a reason to report taken unless it gets out of hand, you are wasting staffs time and money.

Trust us, we won't do anything wrong. The room name has nothing to do with taken now. We don't harass others anyway, and peaceful is what we're for. We're just trying to keep others out of trouble. We will take risks, but eventually we will come out successful.
