Okay, just watched... OMG!!! what a hot mess!

Here is my take...
Yes, Miley is trying WAY to hard.
And, she is not that talented.

But, you know what... I am not going to go all
And, I am not going to be all that hard on her.

I was probably way more offended and concerned, when as an underaged child, she posed for that all-but-porno nude shot.

I actually liked the beat and the vibe of the whole thing.

And, I kind of see it as Miley, INSTEAD of trying to over-reach and be more mature and talented than she actually is, relaxing and regressing and being, well, more like a teenaged girl. In going from pre-teen Hannah Montana into what she thought she should be as a more mature adult celebrity/star... I think she feels maybe she missed out... It is like, with the teddy-bear crap, and the whole 'attitude' thing... That is what I am seeing. The immaturity... Okay, yes she IS 20 now... but.... I almost see is as a bit of a "NO, I do not have to be a mature adult in all ways... I am just going to be young-and-stoopid!!!! And have some attitude and fun." I see some real TEEN rebellion going on with it.... (and look at her current position with her dad/parents, and the whole not-getting-serious/married with Liam, stuff that she is going thru......

Even look at the stupid little pony-tails....
This is not her trying to be be 'adult'. I almost see it as quite the opposite.

While she is portraying a horrid role model for girls, I can see it really appealing to a lot of teens.
And, no doubt, she is taking this all the way to the bank.

Anyhow, I guess there is, and has been, a LOT more out there that would make me go .

I disagree. Trash is trash. She dry humped, foam fingered and gyrated herself all over the stage (and a married man!) like some sleezy stripper. She also knowingly did this in front of a live audience that included children AND her mother. Sorry, I find her disgusting and in need of some serious direction and counseling. Her parents should be ashamed, as should her fiance Liam Hemsworth. Bumping and twerking like a prostitute for all the world to see. I would wager she has lost her moral compass all together. Someone help this poor girl and teach her (since clearly her parents did NOT) that she should respect herself as a young woman and not objectify herself as a trashy sex symbol. She is more than that, every young woman is and when they continually present themselves like she did last night, well, no wonder men think they are nothing but empty headed play things.

He was a music producer first and then came out as a rapper. He is still a rapper its just every since rappers discovered autotune/singing they have gone overboard with it. I really wish Kanye could get it together he hasnt been the same since his mother died. He is a great music producer and an exceptional lyricist, but I must say this last album I was not feeling it.

I honestly don't understand the performance. It wasn't "artsy". It wasn't "maturity". It was just skanky. I'm not sure how being so raunchy is supposed to show people that you have grown up. Actually, to me, it looked more like she is about 6 months away from either being Lindsay Lohan's roommate at rehab or Amanda Bynes roommate at the local asylum. It's funny to me that she was on the same show that had Justin Timberlake performing. You know, he was a Disney star, too. He's been able to "shake" his Disney image and do so without degrading himself. He left Mickey Mouse Club and joined NSYNC. Then he started doing a little acting here and there. Then he became a solo artist. Then he started picking up more acting gigs. I'm sure few people still see him as that young sprout on MMC, but he was able to grow up and mature with a little honor and dignity. Maybe Miley should be talking to him instead of whoever it was that gave her that ridiculous idea.

Ahhh. That's what it is "autotune", didn't know the technical term for the electronic stuff. I am guessing a lot of them cannot sing. I was just shocked when I heard him because he really cannot sing. Because he knows how to produce music, then I guess he knows what to do to make it sound good. And he does! Like I said, I like some of his music.

Those were stupid things he did and became famous for. You can add ranting over Taylor Swift to the list. The poster I quoted said he wasn't aware the Kanye had a fashion line. I was pointing out the recent Hip Hop TShirt that Kanye got so much attention for recently. I'm sure he has other items in the fashion line. This TShirt received so much attention because its a plain white T priced at $120. The shocking part is it completely sold out in minutes and crashed his website.

Now, in regards to her performance, I wouldn't say it was disgusting. Definitely wild and crazy though! I wasn't a huge fan of the performance or the video, but dang, that song is catchy!
