vitamix recipes?

Stitch, we haven't used the recipe book since the first year we got it. We tend to buy whatever fruits and veggies are in season, with a consistent base of spinach and apples. We don't use a lot of banana or celery, as those tend to overwhelm the other flavors. Other great additions are cherry tomatoes, any kind of berries (we use frozen in the winter if we have to), oranges, grapefruits. We also throw a sliver of ginger in sometimes.

Just play around with the things you already like and maybe add a little of fruits/veggies you aren't wild about but might hide in the drink.
