Who can tell me anything about this new sub-division? I've found the 'official' website showing artist's impressions, floorplans and some photos, and the place looks stunning. Is it very new? I imagine it is as I can only find a couple of homes available for rent after hours of surfing. Neither seems to have a spa which is an absolute must for me.
