For our first time staying off site we stayed at Vistana Resort. When we got there we were put in the Springs section (OLD!) When we walked in our first reaction was you have got to be kidding me! It smelled musty and was very damp feeling in the room. We went back to the front desk and asked to be moved. They were accommodating and moved us to the Fountains section. It was the same room only a little newer and no smell. Kelly Green carpet, blue cushy sofa and chair, 2 table to sit and eat, old style t.v, vcr ... the bedrooms had 1 king size bed and the other had 2 doubles. We did decide that it wasn't worth the hassle to go back and ask to be switched again to an even newer section. Despite the decor of the room the place was clean and roomy. We weren't too far from the pool .. just a short walk. We did decide that we won't be staying off of Disney property again though. We think that if we are going to spend the money and fly all of the way down to Florida to go to Disney we want to be submersed in the "Disney feeling" 24 hours. Staying off site we just didn't feel like we were really there.
