Hi there,
Would love advice regarding *how* to word my requests for our upcoming trip. We have a "last call" ressie thanks to a friend who is an RCI member. The ressie says that the 1-bedroom sleeps 4 and has a "full kitchen." I already know that we will end up in Lakes or Cascades due to this being a 1-bedroom. However, having researched the Starwood site, I see that the Cascades "Premium" bedroom is CONSIDERABLY larger than the regular, has a "full kitchen" (not a kitchenette) and a whirlpool tub in the bedroom. The Lakes 1-bedroom is also larger than the regular Cascades 1-bedroom.
How do I say that I want the bigger unit without coming right out and asking for it, LOL? Do I request the "1-bedroom lockoff" or do I say a unit with a whirlpool? I also want to be away from traffic noise/major highways and be on an upper floor (these buildings have elevators) to avoid hearing people walking above me.
I want to make these requests but do not want it to appear that I am asking for too much, KWIM?
Thanks in advance!
