Visitors at your DVC villa

We stayed in a 2 bdrm at OKW in 2008. My DD then 19 joined us a couple days later with a buddy of his. They had to finish finals first. We were able to get ME for them and DDP just for the days they were with us. My mother joined us a day later for two nights. She came from My mother came with us also but only stayed for a couple of days and then went back to Tampa with her cousin. She also was able to get the DDP for just the 2 days. It can be done and we did not skirt around anything in order to do this.

While you may have done nothing to break the rules, the CM who did that for you choose to and not all CM's are willing to do this for guests.

So, depending on one's situation, you have to go in expecting to have to pay the DDP for everyone for the whole time. Obviously, there are times when a little Disney magic is sprinkled around!
