We are going to OKW in Jan. and friends of ours that live in FL will be coming to visit us I am not sure if it will be for the day or if they are staying over is there anything special we have to do like add them to our room and will they have if they stay over the problem is that if they stay over it will be more than 8 people in the 2br unit and may be last minute they won't be going to the parks but we may go to DTD

You may have difficulty adding them if you will be over your allotted 8 persons. Could they get a studio?

What we do when someone is coming to visit us is let the front gate know, so that when our guests drive up, the guard up there is aware that they are coming.

As far as the room, if the addition of these folks doesn't throw the room over the occupnacy limits, then you shouldn't have to do anything. You can put a total of 8 in a 2BR...9 if one of them can sleep in a Pack & Play.

We have done that many times, never over occupancy though, but they never asked that question. Just go to Guest Services and tell them, they will give you a pass for them....They just have to mention your name at the gate when they arrive. How would they ever know if they stayed for the night or not???? I wouldn't worry about it.

Just phone Guest Services or tell the guard at the gate that you have a friend coming and give them the name. If you fail to do this, when your friend arrives they will phone your unit and ask if you are expecting this person.

They really will have no way to know whether they spend the night or not.....you aren't asking for a room key for the extra person. They may be in a sleeping bag on the floor though!

only dont forget when you checkin ask for 2 parking permits for your car as they will not let the outher one stay overnight without it
