Visitor Parking At the Polynesian?

I should certainly know the answer to my question (after all I am Poly Pal!) But I must be having a senior moment!

We are having dinner at Kona Cafe in August (before our Disney Magic cruise!) Unfortunately, we are not staying at the Polynesian . Rather we will be at the Holiday Inn at Downtown Disney (traveling on business).

Can I get a 3 hour parking pass at the Polynesian for dinner at Kona? Also, how do I get through the Magic Kingdom toll booths? Normally I just flash the reservation confirmation in that familiar yellow envelope and they wave us through.

Well you could just show the guard at the toll and at the Polynesian your annual pass. If you don't have one, I think your gonna have to pay at the toll, and I think you can get by at the Polynesian.

Maybe take the back way near Fort Wilderness, avoiding the MK toll booths. From your hotel, make a left onto Buena Vista, turn left towards SSR and OKW, then turn right onto Bonnett Creek, left onto Vista Way, it will come out just beyond the MK toll booths. Make a left towards the Poly.

Tell the parking toll person that you are eating at the Polynesian. They will let you through. We've never had a problem with this for meals at the Polynesian or visits to Ft Wilderness.

DebbieB, I think there is also a toll on the route you suggested on Vista Way (just before Fort Wilderness.)

I agree with Gillian , just tell the toll person , they will let you thru without paying. We have done this in the past when dining at Ohana's, before checking into our resort.

That toll booth is now un-manned....They no longer post anyone there....Budget cuts I think

It was more of a security gate than a toll booth, I don't think they ever collected money there.
