I've read that I can pick up my will call tickets from a hotel concierge - and likely a hotel will be the closest location to where we are staying. Do I just tell the gate person that I want to check out the hotel property? I presume they allow people who aren't staying there or without ADRs to visit.

We have gone to several resorts on-property to check them out and were always let in after showing ID. We've also picked up our tickets while checking in, but never from the concierge and never while we were not staying at that particular resort (obviously).

I did once add a day to tickets via the concierge at a resort I wasn't staying at, but I was still staying at another on-property resort.
