Visiting Premium Outlet without a car

Hi, we are staying at POFQ without a car and fancied visiting Premium Outlet one day. We don't have a car, but don't mind walking 20 mins (ish) if that is an option. What is the best way to get there? Would we be heading for the one on i drive? Where would we get a bus from if that was an option?

The easiest way would be a taxi, mears or rental car.

However I lived in the Orlando area for several months without a car and took Lynx buses. The Lynx 50 departed from the Ticket and Transportation Center and Downtown Disney West Side Transfer Center (nearer Cirque du Soleil) and you can change to the Lynx 8 at Seaworld. The 8 bus will take you to either outlet - South or North. South is closer. The entire journey takes an hour or two vs. 15-20 minutes by car. Check www.golynx.com for route information. The shorter journey would be from DTD West Side to South Outlets - which would connect with POFQ by boat at DTD. Bus tickets are $2. But I have no information how the construction at DTD has influenced the bus routes.

Think it will be a taxi to the Vineland Outlet, as over an hour on a bus sounds like a log time with a wriggly child! Thank you for your help.
