Hi Guys. My husband and I will be in Clearwater Beach for 3 nights. Our flight however leaves from Orlando but only at 9:00PM at night. My plan was to leave Clearwater around 9:00 am and slowly make our way to Orlando so we can enjoy the rest of the day there before our flight.

We wanted to have brunch/lunch at Disney's Polynesian resort and go visit the DVC Bungalows. Then maybe later in the afternoon head to Disney Springs for shopping and dinner. We need to be at MCO to return car at 7:00PM. (Its an international flight so need to be there 2-3 hours before flight)

My question is should I park at Polynesian or at TTC. Is it free parking if I park at Polynesian? Will I have to pay at TTC and then again at Disney Springs?
Also do I need to book an appointment to visit Bungalows or can I tour them anytime of day?

You could park at the Polynesian while you are actively there, eating and checking out the bungalows. You would be expected to move the car when you go to DS. If you park at the TTC, you will pay to park, but not if you park at the Polynesian. And parking at DS is free.

I don't think you will be allowed to "visit" the DVC bungalows. There will be guests staying there. You can see the exterior of them from the walkway or the beach, but you will not be able to see inside one. Unless there is a DVC preview center there that I am unaware of.
You can park at the Poly for a few hours for free with proof of a dining reservation(if there is space available) if not, You can easily walk from the TTC to the Poly. Drive from the Poly directly to Disney Springs, I would not risk being late for the airport by depending on bus transportation. Parking at DS is free.
I hope you have a great trip!

THere is a DVC room available to see, but unless there is a bungalow open, you cannot visit them. I met with a DVC rep at the Poly, and I had to ask to see a studio. He never even offered to show me a room, he was so intent on getting me to commit that day! (I guess his math taught him it is cheaper to pay to finance in order to secure a rate than to wait a little while and pay cash) My DD and DSIL had gone to a presentation in July and they were shown a bungalow.

Wow! That's really good to know. I had no clue about visiting the bungalows. I (incorrectly) assumed they were always fully booked. I would love to see inside one, but don't know if I want to sit through a DVC presentation. Thanks for the info!

They do bungalow tours but they will say based on availability. So one needs to be prepared for disappointment. That said, a tour is available very frequently.
