Hi, All--is the last weekend of the Food/Wine Festival (Nov. 5-8) a bad time to visit the parks (if you aren't interested in the Food/Wine Festival?) And, how large/bad is the Jersey effect for this week in November? Would appreciate any past experiences and advice!!
