Does anyone know if you need an appointment to visit or can you just stop by to talk to someone?

I dont know if anyone is just sitting in there...I have venture over twice and the doors were locked...

From my understanding you need to have an appointment with your planner to visit. ;) HTH...

Depends. Ive gone over 2 or 3 times now, to ask basic questions, and theres always been someone there. They prefer that you call for an appointment first, if you want in depth answers, tours etc. Ive never had a problem talking to someone.Last time we were over there, we were tracking down a particular song,(we live in the area) and one of the planners, was more then helpful, and even went to talk to the acompianist that was setting up for the wedding that day.
With that said, they know nothing about cruise weddings, and they have no books, info etc.All they have had, is a phone number to call.

I've only been over there once, but a wedding just finished up and there were planners in Franks. They were super nice and let me look around and take pictures. They were also very informative and answered several questions I had.

The WP was open too, since they were cleaning up after the wedding that had just taken place, and my entire family and I got to frolick about in there! It was amazing. I think if I had seen it before I had my DCL VR paid off, I might have changed plans. It was beautiful.

If you are around, it couldn't hurt to wander over there. Just be prepared for the fact that they may not be there or able to help you at the time.
